• Players must register on-line with USA Hockey

• To Register with USA Hockey go to their web-site, www.usahockey.com

• Click Players then click Register On-Line.

• Click Ice Players and Coaches.

• Be sure you register for the 2008-2009 season.

• Follow prompts and enter information as requested

• Print and mail a copy of your USA Hockey Registration Confirmation along with your Registration Form for the 2008-2009 season.

• Player information submitted to USA Hockey must match player information on the club’s Registration Form.

• A player will not be considered registered with the St. Peters Hockey Club unless a copy of their USA Hockey Registration is on file.
